Sidney L. Vihlen, III founded Vihlen & Associates, P.A. in 1990 and currently serves as Managing Partner. For over 30 thirty years, Mr. Vihlen has represented both domestic and international clients in the State of Florida in a wide range of business and real estate matters. His clients have included individual business and real estate investors, small and mid-sized companies, public corporations, non-profit corporations and financial institutions.  His real estate law practice includes land acquisition, commercial and residential sale and purchase transactions, lending transactions, commercial and residential closings, title matters, land use, zoning, development, permitting, construction, leasing and real estate related litigation.   His business law practice includes the formation and representation of corporations, limited liability companies, limited partnerships and other business entities.  Additionally, his business law practice includes preparing and reviewing contracts, addressing general operational issues and business related litigation.
 
Mr. Vihlen is a former chairman of the 18th Circuit Judicial Nominating Committee and has been a member of the Florida Bar’s 18th Judicial Circuit Grievance Committee. Mr. Vihlen’s current and former memberships include the Florida Bar Association, the United States District Court Middle District of Florida, the United States District Court Southern District of Florida and the United States District Court Northern District of Florida.
